Order Rewards

Each purchase comes with a little extra—our way of rewarding you for being part of the journey.

Here’s how it works:

From your 3rd order onwards, you will get a free can on every order

You also get an extra free can on the 3rd, 6th, 9th, etc...!

What cans can I choose from?

We team up with lots of brands to share a changing selection of cans. Some are fan favourites, some are new brands or flavours, and others are here for only a limited time.

We’ll change the cans regularly so it’s always fun, different and, most importantly, free!

How do I claim them?

  • Shop like normal and fill your cart
  • Make sure you’re logged in on the site, and head to the ‘Free Cans’ tab in your cart
  • Pick your free can from our range and checkout as normal

Refer a Friend - Free Cans!

Our refer-a-friend is simple. Invite your friends to join and you will get 3 free cans for your next order.

Marketing can be expensive, so we'd prefer to give the money to our customers than anyone else.

They'll get 3 free cans on their first order, and when they make their 3rd order, you each get another one!

Two Wombats Loyalty Programme (“Programme”). By participating, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to individual customers with a registered Two Wombats account.
  • You must be logged in to your account to claim rewards.

2. Earning Rewards

  • From your third order onwards, you will be entitled to one free can per order.
  • You will receive an extra bonus can on every third order thereafter (e.g. 3rd, 6th, 9th, etc.).
  • Rewards are applied per customer.

3. Redeeming Rewards

  • Free cans can only be selected from the range shown at checkout under the “Free Cans” tab.
  • Availability is subject to stock, rotation, and brand participation.
  • Free cans cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.

4. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

To keep the Programme fun and fair, Two Wombats may withhold or cancel rewards if we reasonably suspect:

  • Multiple accounts created by the same customer.
  • Fraudulent, automated, or bulk orders.
  • Orders placed solely to redeem free cans and subsequently cancelled or returned.
  • Any other misuse that undermines the spirit of the Programme.

5. Changes & Termination

  • Two Wombats reserves the right to amend, pause, or terminate the Programme at any time, without prior notice.
  • Any changes will not affect rewards already earned but not yet redeemed.

6. General

  • Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
  • Our general website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

Refer-a-Friend - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The Refer a Friend Programme (“Refer Programme”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • The “Referrer” must be an existing customer with at least one completed order.
  • The “Friend” must be a new customer who has not previously placed an order.
  • Both the Referrer and the Friend must be residents of countries where the Refer Programme is available.

2. How the Refer Programme Works

  • To participate, the Referrer must share their unique referral link or code with the Friend.
  • The Friend must use the referral link or code when signing up.
  • Rewards are only granted when the Friend completes a sign-up in accordance with these terms.

3. Earning Rewards

First Order Reward:

  • When the Friend places their first order, the Referrer will receive 3 free cans to use on their next order.
  • The Friend will also receive 3 free cans on their first order.

Third Order Reward:

  • When the Friend completes their third order, both the Referrer and the Friend will each receive 1 free can on their next order.
  • Rewards are applied automatically and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

4. Redeeming Rewards

  • Rewards can only be redeemed against qualifying purchases made through our website.
  • Rewards must be used within 3 months from the date of issue.

5. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

  • Referrers may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to obtain rewards. This will be reviewed actively by comparing addresses and email similarities.
  • If the referral is to the same household, we reserve the right to cancel this order.
  • The Refer Programme is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • We reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards if we suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms.

6. Changes and Termination

  • We may amend, suspend, or terminate the Refer Programme at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will not affect rewards already earned but not yet redeemed, provided they remain valid under these terms. However, we will initiate a time period where these rewards must be redeemed by, which will be 28 days. If they are not redeemed within that time period, they will expire.

7. General Terms

  • Participation in the Refer Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Our standard Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy also apply.
  • In the event of any inconsistency, these Refer Programme Terms will take precedence.
  • The Refer Programme is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
