This brand's success hails from its unwavering commitment to excellence, which has resulted in a lineup of nicotine pouches that offer a thrilling taste experience. Iceberg is also known for its incredibly diverse range of flavours. From refreshing Cool Mint to tropical Dragon Fruit to the nostalgia-inducing Bubblegum, Iceberg caters to a wide range of taste preferences. Below, our trusted pouch testers (Stephen, James, and Clare) have sampled all 41 of Iceberg’s flavour offerings to provide you with insights into what Iceberg is all about. Iceberg's canisters are cool and modernised, epitomising the brand's innovative spirit. Crafted using shiny plastic material, Iceberg canisters command attention with bright, eye-catching colours. Lightweight yet sturdy, these canisters are designed with the active user in mind, providing a stylish, practical solution for carrying nicotine pouches on the go.
Iceberg’s vibrant colour schemes match the flavours of the pouches inside, adding an intuitive element to the canister design. Perhaps what is the most fun of all is the futuristic wolf tearing open its jaw on the cover of each can. It’s almost as if the Iceberg wolf is howling, warning the world of how incredible this brand’s design is and daring you to see what’s inside.
In most cases, Iceberg canisters are packed with 20 nicotine pouches, a number that closely aligns with industry standards. In some instances, canisters of Iceberg will contain 30 pouches. It all depends on which flavour you opt for.
Each pouch weighs a mere 0.7g, meaning Iceberg nicotine pouches are super lightweight and convenient for the modern-day enthusiast. That means you can enjoy the refreshing flavours and stimulating effects of Iceberg's nicotine pouches with minimal fuss and maximum relaxation.
The Iceberg brand possesses a stunning array of 41 sensational flavours. There is something to suit everyone's taste. For instance, perhaps you’ll enjoy the Energy Mango option. It's like a tropical paradise in your mouth, with the juicy taste of ripe mangoes alongside an invigorating and energetic kick of nicotine. It's the perfect pick-me-up!
If you want a blast of adrenaline without the fruity flavours, you can also opt for Iceberg’s Energy option. It’s like the best of every energy drink you’ve ever tried, only distilled into a delicious nicotine pouch.
Looking for something refreshing and icy? Frosty Mint is the way to go. The crisp minty notes give you a cool and revitalising sensation that will prepare you to take on the day. Alternatively, you could go for the Menthol or Emerald flavours instead, both of which offer their own take on an invigorating mint feel.
If you're feeling a bit nostalgic instead, Grape Gum and Bubblegum both offer the perfect vibe! The former is a unique blend that combines the fruity goodness of grapes with the delightful sweetness of that bubblegum flavour you remember from childhood, while the latter is a more traditional gum flavour.
Grapefruit Pineapple, on the other hand, is a tropical fusion that brings together the tanginess of grapefruit and the sweetness of pineapple. It's a symphony of flavours that will transport you to a sun-soaked beach! Or if you're in the mood for something playful, Guava Lime, Cola, and Gummy Bears are great options too!

Iceberg offers a wide range of nicotine strengths that cater to different preferences and tolerances. Whether you're looking for a mild hit or something strong, Iceberg has got you covered. They offer canisters in the 14mg, 52.5mg, 70mg, 84mg, and 105mg per pouch variety.
Like many pouch brands, Iceberg abides by a dot format. They offer three different varieties: a dotless Slim, a Slim 4/4 dot, or a Slim 5/5 dot. The 4/4 dot variety represents Iceberg’s 52.5mg and 70mg options, whereas the Slim 5/5 dot variety means the nicotine pouches in the canister will contain either 84mg or 105mg per pouch. A canister with no dots, meanwhile, contains 14mg per pouch.
Also, Iceberg pouch users should note that nicotine strength availabilities will differ depending on location. For instance, those in the UK can purchase Iceberg pouches with higher levels of nicotine than those in the rest of Europe.
Iceberg is a giant in the nicotine pouch industry—and that status is well-deserved. The company provides a wider range of flavours than pretty much any other brand, and the nicotine strengths on offer are serious business, even for experienced users. More light options would be nice, but aside from that, this brand is quite exceptional. Before we dive into reviews from our panel testers, here’s a quick breakdown of how I would rate their offerings:
Taste: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Flavour Range: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Nicotine Strength: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Design: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.5/5
We tested Iceberg pouches with a group of three individuals: Stephen, James, and Clare. Each has varying levels of experience with nicotine products, and all were quite impressed with the vast array of flavour options Iceberg has to offer.
* The views of the panel are entirely their own and may not reflect the views of Two Wombats
Overall: I haven’t come across any other brands with such a range of flavours. It’s kind of mind-blowing the variety they offer, as they seem to have at least a dozen options no matter what flavour you like.
That said, it would be nice if they had some lighter nicotine strength varieties. Anything over 14mg was really, really intense.
I don’t understand their dot system. The Slim 4/4 dot and Slim 5/5 dot—what’s the difference? And why do the 14mg cans have zero dots?
Please introduce some lighter nicotine strength options, Iceberg

Overall: One of the best brands on the market. Seriously. Those nicotine strengths are absurd (in a good way), and the same goes for the flavour range. They’ve got citrus options, fruit options, and mint options—a little something for everyone. I can’t wait to share some of these Extreme options with my friends.

Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.3/5

Clare: Really lovely blend of vanilla and cola here! One of the better cola styles I’ve come across. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3.3/5

Clare: Great citrusy flavours. Lived up to the name! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.3/5

Clare: Probably perfect for people who really love apples! But not totally my vibe. Score: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5

Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.7/5
Stephen: What a perfect blend of sweet and tart—just like real dragon fruit! It was certainly one of my favourites from Iceberg. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

Clare: The Dragon Fruit was nice. Had a real sweetness to it that I’m sure many would love. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.7/5

Clare: Woah, boy! Emerald has it all. The apple and lemon pair so perfectly with the mint. This would pair great with a cocktail. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.7/5
Stephen: I’ll come out and say it: I do not like energy drinks. And I did not like this. Rating: ⭐⭐ 2/5
James: This was right up my alley. I love energy drinks and sometimes crush one or two a day when I’m working. This flavour replicates those drinks perfectly. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Clare: I liked the energy boost, but the flavour was a little too strong for me. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3.3/5
Stephen: Again, I simply don’t like energy drinks, so the flavour wasn’t ideal for me. The mango hint made this more enjoyable than the pure Energy flavour. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
James: Sweeter than the Energy, but still great. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Clare: The mango was a nice surprise and the energy boost was noticeable. It’s in the same boat as Iceberg’s Energy flavour: not bad, not great. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3.3/5
Stephen: This was a bit too minty for my liking. It’s got quite a serious blast. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5

Clare: Absolutely loved this one! The mint was strong and invigorating. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.7/5

James: I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the Grape! It was more complex than I expected. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Clare: The Grape was a nice change of pace from what I typically prefer, but the flavour was still just a bit overwhelming for me. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5

Stephen: Tropical guava with a hint of lime? Yes, please. Definitely one of my favourites from Iceberg. Like a cocktail on the beach. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

Clare: I did enjoy the lime, but I'm not the biggest fan of guava! So, sadly, this wasn't completely my vibe. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5

James: A bit too sweet for my liking. You’ve really got to love sweet flavours to truly enjoy this one. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5

Stephen: A perfect blend of strawberry and kiwi. Neither flavour dominates. I’ll come back for this one, especially because they offer a 14mg variety. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
James: A great combination of fruit and tart. My friends would love this flavour. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Clare: I thought this would be too sweet for my liking, but it wasn’t! The flavours really match up in perfect harmony. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.3/5
Stephen: A fruity paradise! The mango-banana combo was a unique experience. They've struck gold with this flavour. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
James: Some of these Iceberg flavours are just a tad overwhelming with sweetness. This was one of them. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Clare: I respect Iceberg’s commitment to offering fruit-forward choices! But this was too strong for me. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.7/5

James: The peach was a nice touch, but overall, the sweet and fruity aspects were overwhelming. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Clare: I liked the melon aspect! I can’t recall coming across many melon varieties elsewhere. So, I’ll tip my cap to Iceberg purely for that. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Stephen: Really solid for a mint option. Not overpowering at all. And thankfully, they offer a 14mg option. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
James: I tried the stronger nicotine Menthol option, and it did not disappoint. This will be a hit amongst my friends. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Clare: Surprise, surprise, Menthol stole my heart. Easily one of the best flavours I tried from Iceberg. So refreshing! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.3/5
Stephen: Because of the “Ninja” name, I thought there would be some complexity here. But it’s just orange. Not that that’s a bad thing! They nailed the orange flavour. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
James: You don’t often come across orange options on the market. I truly enjoyed this. It’s citrusy and sweet at the same time. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Clare: Delightful. I’m not sure I’ve ever come across an orange pouch … but they sure are good! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.7/5
Stephen: Might as well hop on a plane and fly over to Bali. That’s how strong and pleasant the fruit in this flavour was. Bravo, Iceberg. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
James: The pineapple and mango were good, but the coconut was overpowering. Not completely my cup of tea. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Clare: Intriguing mix, but just a tad too sweet for me! Reminded me almost of a Pinã Colada cocktail. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.7/5
Stephen: Fruity and delicious. The raspberry brings a lovely tartness. Great all around. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
James: The tartness of the raspberry pairs well with the sweetness. Not one of my favourites, but I didn’t hate it. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Clare: I liked this one more than some of the other fruit options. It’s not quite as sweet, and it offers a hit of tartness. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.7/5
Stephen: It’s a unique flavour. The gum adds that nostalgia to it, for sure. But I think I’d prefer just the Raspberry on its own. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
James: This wasn't necessarily my cup of tea. The aftertaste is refreshing, but overall it’s too sweet with the gum. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Clare: I found the raspberry gum flavour surprisingly delightful! It's sweet and has a lasting freshness. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.7/5

James: The banana adds a nice tropical touch that I enjoyed. It’s definitely on the sweeter side, though, so be prepared for that. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Clare: The combination of strawberry and banana is quite intriguing. But oh boy is it ever sweet! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.2/5
Stephen: Pleasantly refreshing. The sweetness adds an enjoyable twist to the classic mint. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
James: It’s good, though maybe a tad sweeter than I usually prefer. Regardless, the minty freshness is undeniably satisfying. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Clare: Praise the mint! This flavour is my favourite so far. The perfect blend of sweet and minty, it's like a breath of fresh air! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.3/5
Stephen: So good. The sourness isn’t as strong as you’d expect, and the berry flavour is there in abundance. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
James: I enjoyed the tart berry flavour here, as it wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet. It's a refreshing change, just sour enough to be interesting. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Clare: The sourness adds an interesting kick! Unexpectedly liked it! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Stephen: Another fruity delight! The strawberry and mango play off each other beautifully. Wish they had this in a 14mg variety. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
James: The mango adds a tropical touch that I found exotic and pleasurable. One of my favourite of Iceberg’s fruitier options. And that nicotine kick: Yes! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Clare: There’s a lot going on here! Too much? Maybe. Especially because it only comes in a 105mg variety. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.7/5
Stephen: I have such a soft spot for pomegranate. It’s such an underrated fruit, bursting with vibrant flavour. So, naturally, I adored this. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
James: The pomegranate adds a unique flavour. It was a winner in my book just because it took a risk. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Clare: This flavour surprised me! The strawberry is subtler than you expect. And maybe it’s time I start buying more pomegranate at the local grocer. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.3/5
Stephen: Watermelon is always a summer favourite. This flavour is sweet, refreshing, and something I’d love to have before dipping in the lake. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
James: The freshness in the Watermelon pouch was invigorating. A good switch-up from the other fruit options Iceberg offers. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Clare: Like summer in a pouch! Easily one of my favourite of Iceberg’s offerings. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Stephen: Thought I’d like this, but I prefer the Watermelon option on its own. The lime didn’t pair to my liking. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
James: Finally, some more citrus! The lime and watermelon combo is refreshing and exciting. One of the best flavours Iceberg offers. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Clare: The lime adds a twist that I enjoyed. But I do think I enjoyed the plain Watermelon more. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.7/5
Stephen: Now I think we’re making things a bit too complex. Pairing lime with watermelon was fun, but gum and mint? Perhaps scale it back. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
James: Watermelon Mint Gum is probably my least favourite of the watermelon flavours. There was just too much going on. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5
Clare: Now we’re talking. This was my favourite of the watermelon varieties that Iceberg offers! The mint and gum pair so well! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3.7/5
Stephen: Huge hit. A perfect blend of berries. I almost feel like I foraged them myself. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
James: Maybe one of the best fruit pouches I’ve ever tried. The Wild Berries flavour is truly unique. Fruity, but not super sweet. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Clare: The mix of berries is delicious and ultra-refreshing. A really unique take on a classic! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5
Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.3/5
Iceberg boasts an incredible array of flavours—one of the largest on the market. For that reason alone, it’s no wonder the company has established itself as such a titan of the industry. They’ve got fruit-forward flavours like Wild Berries and Watermelon for fruit lovers, minty options like Frosty Mint and Emerald for mint lovers, and even citrus-dominant flavours like Ninja Orange and Watermelon Lime. Iceberg has truly perfected the art of flavour experimentation.
The only downside to the brand is that there are not many lighter/milder nicotine options for less experienced pouch enthusiasts. But if you’re seeking a stronger nicotine experience, Iceberg is certainly the brand to pursue, as they offer 52.5mg, 70mg, 84mg, and 105mg per pouch options. Intense, indeed!
