Helwit is committed to using a maximum of 3.8% sweeteners such as sucralose and mannitol. Sucralose, derived from sugar, adds zero calories. Mannitol, a naturally occurring sweetener found in pine trees, contributes to the natural and pure flavour of Helwit’s incredible pouches.
Moreover, Helwit has long maintained a fierce and commendable dedication to eco-friendly practices. They proudly emphasise that their facility in Gransholm, Sweden, operates on 100% eco-friendly principles and is powered by nearby hydroelectricity.

Helwit pouches fit snugly under your lip. They're lightweight and almost mini-sized, weighing around 0.42 grams on average. (In comparison, other brands like Nordic Spirit can weigh over a gram for certain flavours.)

Helwit ranges from 3.5mg to 6mg per pouch. It falls on the low-to-medium side for beginners. (However, experienced users may find Helwit to be more on the mild side.)

I really like the discreetness of the small pouches. They fit comfortably in my pocket and are perfect for on-the-go use.
I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of flavours Helwit offers. I tried out Cherry, Cola, and Blueberry. All three had a great balance of sweetness without being overpowering!

The packaging is sleek and modern, which immediately caught my eye. I also appreciate that there are 20 pouches in each can. That gives me enough to last a couple of weeks.
I really enjoyed the flavours offered by Helwit. My personal favourite was Orange, which was an unusual combination of mint and orange. Until now, I’d never tried anything like it.

I've tried a few different flavours from Helwit and have yet to be disappointed. Cherry is my go-to for an energising pick-me-up, and Blueberry is perfect for a refreshing burst of sweetness.
